ReaMarker 1.3

ReaMarker 1.3 expands support for Reaper timeline formats—beyond just H:M:S:F—resolving the most common conversion issue users faced. This update also introduces new output support for Disguise (quantized tracks only) and an import module for Frame.io comments. The MA3 output module has been deprecated due to compatibility issues with MA3 v2+. We've also updated the core framework and added a proper installer for smoother setup.
